The Tentatek has it all. Fast TTK, high ink efficiency, good at short range, Inkzooka for long range... I've been in some Ranked matches where entire teams use nothing but Tentateks and still win. In my opinion, Nintendo was too hasty to gimp other potentially viable Shooters with poor ink...
Splash-O-Matic? YES. It's the SMG for rifle lovers like myself. 96 Gals are always going to be bad news, but you can't win em all. This will probably be my new main weapon for Turf Wars since it's good for both painting and killing... and you really have to paint a lot to win turf.
Naughty, naughty NAUGHTY ZOOT. You deserve a good spanking. And then spank me I mean double splats or mutual kills or trades aren't worth it imo. If I die, even if I get a kill, I consider it to be a mistake. If you're interested enough in Splatoon to post on these forums you're probably one of...
Depends. I definitely take into account what my team is doing. If they're really slow to move forward then I'll spend more time painting than rushing which nets me a special to use at the first encounter. I do like to rush to important choke points if I can, but some of them are death traps...
I love the Zapper. That and the Dual Squelcher are my favorite weapons and the Echolocator is definitely my favorite special out of all. I love seeing a NZ user on my team when we spawn cause I know I'll get to see where the enemies are. I usually wait until they pop theirs then after it wears...
Well, one time I squid swam in the trail of an Inkbrush user. Man, we got to the enemy's spawn before they even started leaving. They sure do move fast. I'd say it's good for the early mid rush. But the offensive capabilities are quite weak, they don't really put up much of a fight against well...
That makes perfect sense to me. Players are much, much better than they were a couple days ago... we will all be better prepared for ranked combat this way. Would you really want hordes of newbies in your ranked games? What happens if they all end up on your team?
I think Nintendo has been...
Had a game where our team won by 0.2% but the clincher was that I had activated an Inkstrike in the enemy's spawn at the very last possible moment. I laughed so hard, I couldn't believe that actually worked.
