I use many weapons and here are my reasonings:
Splattershot - Easy kills, the burst bombs are great for dealing damage and for escaping, and the splashdown is one of my favorite specials to trap someone with.
Hero Roller (Splat roller) - I like the hero design better, the curling bombs are...
In my opinion, the flingza roller isn't that great. I really wanted to use it too, because I am in love with the vertical flicks. However, after watching a roller comparison video, the dynamo vertical and horizontal flicks are better than the fingza. The Flingza only does 40 damage until you...
Really, its based off the weapon you use. If it is something that uses heavy amounts of ink, use sub saver. If the weapon uses a lot of ink use ink saver main or ink recovery up. If you are using a charger, specifically a splatling, run speed is good for when charging up your shot. It is all...
I love the new maps in this game, but there are some that fall short of me.
I don't dislike any of the maps, but Sturgeon Shipyard isn't my favorite because it is SO easy to base invade right from the start.
If you have the baller special, you basically just ink your base then go straight across...
Like what 97Stephen said, throwing bombs into a sniper spot is a good way to make them scram away from them.
What I do, which isn't the best way, is play as a charger and see what other more experienced players do to chargers, and repeat what they do when you play your main in a match.
I would say that since Marina is an octoling, and the Twilight zone looks like one of the Octo Canyon/Valley levels with the screens for walls, maybe this is where Marina lived before escaping to inkopolis? She may still have access and keeps the kettle locked up to the other octarians to hold...
I think you shouldn't think of the sting ray as a killer wail and as a suction bomb. From what I see, the suction bomb is used to make people move from a certain spot so they don't get splatted. I use the sting ray to either move someone from a spot, stop a base invasion or to get an assist if...
well wait until all those 10 year old aerospray users hit level 28. The golden aerospray has the baller, and if you are on a base invading map like sturgeon shipyard or inkblot art academy, they will just show up in your base. prepare for saltiness
In your ink tank there is a small red line indicating how much ink your sub weapon will take up. The autobomb uses around 75% of the tank without any sub savers.
yeah, it is very VERY easy compared to the last game, since its just another boss fight against a scary monster in a circular arena. Cinematically it is great, Callie switching sides mid fight, and the rainmaker segment, but it is just dodge the spinning punches and the shower attack.
