They stuck out from the community. I'm not casting any judgments on them, just pointing out that our community is very grassroots and the teams are like that. But having a sponsored "pro" team just didn't fit in. This doesn't signal a lack of interest in the game as a whole. I'd say it's quite...
I main blasters. I've been working on the range for a couple of weeks. In a nutshell it's a mid-range support weapon that can shark when your team has map control. I lead with suction bomb spam and then get someplace up high. Then pick off any aggressive players and build its special. Then when...
This really bugs me. It means that the whole system is determined by "who can carry a crappy player the best". The system should balance by pulling players who are close to a high power standard. And cut off somewhere so you don't get a 1600 player added to level off a 2100 player.
What's happened to S+ rank recently? I see so many talentless players in every mode and every lobby. I mean I see players who run on their own ink like they're the greenest noobs. I see players going off on their own personal turf war in almost every lobby. It wan't like this only a couple of...
I like the vanilla blaster. I use the range sometimes though and I use the same kit for both. I go with ninja squid, SSU, and last ditch effort. I just shark a lot with it and when LDE kicks in I spam toxic mist. This works great in objective games to protect a lead or make a final push.
I don't think of the roles in CB as static. It can take all four teammates giving everything they got to get a power clam into the basket. It's unrealistic to expect three players will do all the work. When the defending team can super jump into a defensive position in a matter of seconds, a...
The Foil is great. I use it a lot. I have good results with it on SZ especially. You can ink long, wide strips of the zone with its vertical flick. And you can harass enemies across a zone with it. (The bomb rush of the vanilla is probably really good for flipping a zone too.) One good thing...
I'm using the vanilla blaster for the first time and its sub is toxic mist. Anyone want to share their strats and tips for this sub? I am using it in the obvious manner. But I don't really have any idea when is the best time to use it, if I should use sub power up, any tricks, etc.
