Then you have to put the work in and start from scratch. Create a group that isn't casual and recruit people who will stay loyal and will stick by you

Well then, find groups that don't utilize Discord in the forums or you could even form your own team and recruit new members. There are limitless options and you just have to not lose hope in order to succeed
