They're a lot better in Splatzones as well.

The only thing that might be better than the Scoped Kelper would be the Scoped E-Litre. It has better range and can take out the opposing sniper very efficently which is strong. But it doesn't have a Sprinkler.

It's really freaking strong. I don't want to assess it yet but I can say that it's good. Time will tell if it's better than the Aerospray or Splattershot Jr. but I'm sure it'll be up there with them.

I assume 3 Damage Ups are also 13.3% for symmetry, but I'd love to know for sure as well. Is 1 Defense Up a 10% increase? If so that's some very reduced stacking. Can anyone tell me?

Bad at painting, good at killing. If your team is good at painting, you'll be an asset to the team. If your team is bad at painting, you'll be a liability even with a large amount of kills. I still think it has a place on team comps though. Exactly. Turf War meta is 3 Aerospray and a Pro/Charger.
