I don't exactly like to get too involve with stuff like this that not even the developers really gave much thought about. But I do know a few things here and there that I'll be happy to share.
In a interview with one of the developers, they mention that inklings are kind of tomboyish, air...
Hello, I'll do my best to make this as simple as possible; the purpose of this thread is to share my findings on the differences of Splatoon 2 regions copy, mostly the japanese one.
Where to buy the japan version of splatoon 2?
You can purchase the japanese version of splatoon 2 via...
With the pro splattershot it's easier to take more of a support role. Take full advantage of your range and throw a point sensor every-now and than to keep your accuracy onto the target, even if they swim behind you or just hide behind objects. Using the sub and special to help yourself ends up...
With motion controls you have an advantage, and you can do a lot more with it than compared to analog. But if you manage to use Analog in the competitive scene, than good on you. You should still take the time to learn Gyro but it's not really that big of a deal.
The way I see it, when you go about forming a squad, It shouldn't be JUST LIKE THAT in a instant. It should take time and development between you and that person. Yes you should actually take the energy to form a bond with that person and see how you are with them. Than create a squad with a...
In my philosophy, overpower weapons are just weapons that are easier to handle. While under power weapons are something you'll need to take to learn and use.
Most people call a weapon garbage if it doesn't give them instant results, which is a true shame because you're missing so much on what...
Well... You can actually make diagrams of maps and think of nicknames that's easy for you and your team to remember. Form plans for certain situations and flanking. Lots and lots of playing together. Sharing information that each member has to provide.
There's one more thing I wanted to state. Even though having a main weapon and becoming skilled at it is great. Don't at any cost limit yourself to only using that ONE weapon or ONE type of weapon. You limit yourself by doing this and even the gold dynamo user that attended the Nintendo...
Splatoon in general shouldn't be
be-all-end-all
be that rank or not. You should just enjoy the game and not take it too serious. Doing that only makes it feel like work. Sure there's a competitive side to it but you can still have fun and not take it too serious. Splatoon really isn't that...
I joined this forum to get involved more with the community and attend the events. I'm pretty pleased with the Events page and how easy it is to sign up with some of them. But I think this will be a great opportunity for me to find other players of splatoon who I can form a squad with and...
Not all long range weapons do the same amount of damage. I'm willing to take a hit or two from a Jet in close combat or my way towards them. I can't really do the same for most chargers though.
I'm not saying you should deal with every single weapon. If a weapon is giving you problems though, you should find a way to deal with it. There's more to it than just distance of ink. And not every way of learning how to counter a weapon is going to work because persistent people will find ways...
You can improve with dealing and using a weapon the more you encounter it or force yourself to use a weapon you're not exactly best with. Sure it may not hurt you, but the more you get a feel of the weapon the better it'll be for you to understand how other players might use it.
