Goo Tuber physically cannot fit into a team comp, while Aerospray and Big Swig have semblant paint niches.
Splattershot Pro is a faster, more usable main weapon than H-3.
Vanilla Carbon Roller is bad.

Most importantly, though, this tier list is from over six months ago.
When I saw this post was revived, I was expecting a comment on how little the meta had changed.
I'm going to fit goo tuber in a comp, and lose round 1 in a tournament. Then I will agree with you.

worth noting that... idk what level you'd define yourself as, but these tier lists are usually most applicable to very high and top-level play - you can make a lot work in low level comp just because raw skill is more variable. top players aren't usually running goober in non-gimmick tournaments, but i bet you could get it working at least a little bit in something like ftiu or reach, especially if you use its vanilla kit to your advantage. that wouldn't really disprove the idea that goober is generally a low-tier weapon in high-level competitive play, though
