Hello! I'm Enperry from Big Orange Ltd. and we are looking for Beta Testers for our game "Amoeba" from various communities and websites to get our game prototype criticized before creating the final product! By saying you want to participate, you are agreeing to play the game with other beta testers on this website in a particular format via private message which I will create, and answering a questionnaire about the game afterward with honest and specific answers. So, with that all out of the way, let's hear about this game?

    What is Amoeba?

Amoeba is a 2 player turn base game playable in many formats involving Xs and Os (icons) being placed across a 5 by 5 grid until no more icons can be placed on the grid resulting in the person who could not place one of their icons on the grid losing. But wait! There's a catch! When a part of the grid is surrounded by icons, the inside must be filled in making those spots on the grid unavailable for both players to put an icon on making your turn choice more limited.

    Example:

    X goes first

    This is an empty grid:

    - - - - -
    - - - - -
    - - - - -
    - - - - -
    - - - - -

This is after turn one (when both players have made their move)
    - - - - -
    - X - - -
    - - - - -
    - - - - -
    - - O - -

    This is after turn two:
    - - X - -
    - X - - -
    - - O - -
    - - - - -
    - - O - -

After turn three: Notice how the border of the grid surrounded by Xs, so an l is put there to signify that that spot is unavailable.
    X l X - -
    - X - - -
    - - O - -
    - - - O -
    - - O - -

After turn four: Notice how the l spots were surrounded be the icons
    X l X - -
    - X l O -
    - - O - -
    - X l O -
    - - O l l

After turn five: X loses because that player cannot make a move.
    X l X l l
    l X l O O
    l l O l l
    l X l O X
    l l O l l

    Testers:
    1. This could be you!
