Ranked is just fun for me:

Turf war and Splat zones have my nostalgia, back when the game itself and ranked mode was brand spankin' new.

Then I hated loved Tower control as it was to dang complicated for my small mind probably has my craziest win streaks.

But rainmaker is definitely my favorite, simply because the objective can be taken almost anywhere on the map.
It is tower control, but YOU set its speed and path. Also dem tornadoes <3

Turf wars have always been my favorite mode. But if I also had to choose my favorite ranked mode, it would be tower control. I like not having to worry about the timer in splat zones or depending on the person with the rainmaker to know where they're going. I've always prefered tower control because of the guided path, and I often find getting on the tower a lot less nerve racking than grabbing the rainmaker.
