Hello, squiddies. My name is Slimy, and I own #FUTAGANG eSports. I'm looking to form a top level competitive team for our beloved squid game. We aim to be the best, in tournament or league play. It is our goal to form a tight group with a friendly bond between the members, who can work together and improve their game.

History of #FUTAGANG
I started #FUTAGANG eSports in April of 2015, with Super Smash Bros. players in the United States and Qatar (and soon, the UK), with the goal of constantly improving and dreams of being top players. I then branched out to organize a League of Legends team, with more improvements happening in that division soon. Of course, I look to form more teams soon-- and eventually, get some sponsors and take some tournaments. We are a dedicated group of people, gamers, who have a love for what we do and look to be the best we can. I am here today to make more history for #FUTAGANG and form an amazing Splatoon team.

Looking for Players
I use the .52 Gals, Splattershot Pro, and .96 Gal Deco. I'm currently S rank. (I don't take ranked too seriously).
The rest of our roster includes @Hari Judari, a Octoshot/Squelcher/Pro, @FaCe, a .96 Deco, @nailz173, an E-Liter, @Nohbody_, an Octoshot/Carbon/Splat Roller, and YoSHi, a Splattershot Jr.
We're currently accepting applicants from high skill players as we would appreciate reserve players/constant tournament players. We have most kinds of roles covered, but there are some niche weapons we could use specialists in.
Dedicated support and players who know the game well and are able to use multiple weapons well are our priority right now.
But, don't mine the 'priority' too much. If you're highly skilled and feel like you can add a lot to our team, sign right up!

Expectations for All Applicants
You must be able to work well with the team. Cooperation and coordination is a must. Splatoon is not a black and white game and you must be versatile. You need to be able to adapt and do what is needed on command in order to succeed. You must be well versed in just about every way of play.
I'm looking for minimum A+ players who are looking to rise in the ranks, both in Splatoon and in tournament.
I want mature, cooperative, serious players. You need to be able to practice on a scheduled basis. If your age will limit you, that's no good.
You should have a positive attitude. Wanting to improve, acknowledging your faults, helping out the team, etc.
You must have knowledge on the game and its competitive scene.
At #FUTAGANG, we keep a friendly environment. No racism, sexism, etc etc of any kind is tolerated. No harassment is tolerated. We recognize a difference between joking around and being outright mean.

I've been applying all over trying to get into a competitive squad for tournament play. I have joined up with a few squads, while they are great to play with, none of them want to play in tournaments. I'm waiting to here from others, but really want to get on with a good team. Here's my info:

Panda Global? Their team is garbage. Their captain isn't even S rank I think. Besides that, you have to have a substantial amount of eSports experience, otherwise you are screwed.

Thats the point, it isn't easy to get in, and since it is more of a test section of the esports group, you probs wont get payed anything.

Actually, my team started out super good. We started out amazing, really. A+ 99 only. If the captain isn't of a high rank then I would not count on him to have a deep knowledge of understanding game mechanics, therefore, he would make less educated decisions on the battlefield, and our team would be led astray.
