To wavedash you have to pick fox, go to final destination, and play with Bob-ombs on Very High.

L-canceling is much simpler, first you lose a stock, then in the middle of the match at exactly 4 minutes left, switch to Mewtwo.

3. move left and right really fast in the ink
4. close enough
