How to put something in the word bubble in the plaza

Hello everyone,new here.

I can not figure out how to post something in the word bubble in the plaza. Does anyone know how to do this. I have tried several things but nothing works.

Just head over to the red mailbox, interact with it, then you should be able to write.

Will I be able to see my word bubble over my head when I write something or is it only visible to other players. I am not sure how to post something in the bubble. I can write something but can not post it in the bubble ?

I think it is visible to other players only. I can't see mine which is a picture of a bike with bumpers.
