For those who weren't watching (there were 30,000 people watching steadily for the entire thing that is so HYPE), the tournament came down to the Finals between Dynameu, the Japanese team who had gone undefeated until that point, and Deadbeat, who had only started picking up momentum in the previous match. The two titans were set on a collision course, and a winner needed to be decided…
This match is a true testament to the level that Splatoon can be taken, and just what we can expect for the upcoming game! Not only that, we were able to see some great games from the world's best teams. If you haven't already, I highly suggest watching this video.
