Experiences for sure. This is one of the few splatfests I barely had to think twice about, hah. Big Man's dialogue almost had me rethink since gifting-as-a-love-language is something that's also precious to me. But 'collecting experiences' has always kind of been more my thing; they are something that can't be lost or taken from you (barring memory loss I guess).

That said, usually I try to go for a less popular team so I don't have to deal with mirror matches as much, and according to my friends list experiences is most popular by quite a bit, so...hopefully this won't be as mirror-y as I fear.

This Splatfest has been pretty fun so far. After playing solo for a while yesterday, my whole squad came over my house yesterday to play Splatfest together. We ordered pizza, put a fire in the fireplace and played together as a full team for the first time in over two years. That was super fun, and while we lost more than we won, we still had a great time getting the squad back together in the Splatlands. Plus, we warmed up by playing some Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble, which was hilarious.

Loving this Splatfest, congratulations to whoever is the winner tonight! Looking like a close one so far.
