    Cost: $5 entry

    Location: Duckyy's Gaming Lounge

Car Park on street and surrounding streets.

    Schedule:
    • 1pm - 2pm: Set up, casual play, tournament check in and organisation

    • 2pm - 5pm: Tournament time! Casual play if the tournament ends early.

We will probably go somewhere for dinner afterwards if there’s enough people interested. Votes for where will be gathered during the LAN so we can book ahead.

    What to bring:
    • BYO Switch. Labels will be available on the day if anyone wants them.

    • Unable to bring your Switch? There are usually people who are fine with sharing theirs.

    • Dock and cables: If you are able to bring your dock and cables as well, that’d be great! We can supply LAN adaptors and ethernet cables for up to 8 Switches, but if you have those and are able to bring them along, that’s great too.

    • BYO Headphones. If your headphones have a microphone, please plug them into the monitor, not your Switch. If not, it doesn’t matter.
    Tournament Registration:
So we have an idea of numbers prior to the day, if you’re sure you’ll enter the tournament please fill out this Google form to register:

There’s an option to sign up as a team or as an individual looking for a team. If you’re signing up as a team, only one member of the team needs to fill out the form. If you’re signing up as an individual, be aware that although we’ll try our best to help you find a team on the day, if we don’t have the numbers you may miss out.

On the day please try to arrive before 1:30. Someone will have a sheet to check off names, please find them and confirm you want to enter the tournament.

Of course, if you’re not sure whether you’ll be able to make it and don’t want to fill out the form, you can still just rock up on the day! We’d only ask that you’re there by 1:30 so we can finalise teams by 2pm.

    Tournament Rules:
    • Be aware that if we have less than 4 teams on the day, we will most likely change it, such as to a Salmon Run or 3v3 tournament.

    • Tournament format will be decided closer to the day.

    • We will try our best to have the tournament finished by 5pm, but it may run later depending on how many teams enter.
