Looking to make a squad with other squids/kids

HAI THERE!!
My name is StarSphere08, and i wanna forum a squad with competitive and casual squids!
this squad i have in mind will accept all ranks! but there will be divisions.
A (S+, S, A+)
B (A, A-, B+, B, )
C (B-, C+, C, C-)
S (S is for Silly)
Each division will have a leader and can register as separate squads in tourneys.
now, there are SOME restrictions:
1. You must be 13+ (ill allow some bypasses if you are mature enough)
2. You must be able to at least hear the voice chat (in Skype or/and discord)
3. You Should be available at least once every 2 weeks (once a month if you want to be in S)

the only thing... i dont have anyone to start the squad with. so thats why i have turned to SQUIDBOARDS!
