My Nintendo and Miitomo

Hi guys!

Launched recently to substitute Club Nintendo, My Nintendo is a reward program website which gives you coins for doing certain things like using Miiverse and Miitomo. Those coins work like on Club Nintendo, you can trade for prizes or discount cupons.
Miitomo is a "message-like" app using miis and more interactions, still haven't tried it.

Just got Miitomo today, and it's pretty decent. Unfortunately, I had to manually recreate my Mii even after allowing it to be copied because 1) Miitomo's dumb and won't let me use it anyway and 2) The QR options kept crashing. Otherwise, aside from other random crashes I haven't had much trouble with it.

So, who's up for making a thread for Miitomo account connections? The only way we can really connect with each other is through Facebook/Twitter unless we just so happened to be close to each other. I guess Nintendo doesn't want us to even exchange NNIDs or Friend Codes for whatever reason.

Do people actually use Miitomo though? What is it other then just texting?

Well, you can dress up your Mii and play pachinko, but not much otherwise. Hoping for more features in future updates.

I don't have Miitomo, but from what I've heard it's basically just a test app to see what works and what doesn't.

I'm tempted, but doesn't seem much you can do beyond sit there and look at it. And the only time I meet any other Nintendo users is at a convention or random strangers every few weeks via streetpass.

You can only friend mutuals

Well, you can but you have to go through your friends' friend lists.

Does Miitomo lock you to one Mii? I tend to create, edit, and switch out my Miis quite a bit.
