Chilly and Kirito are to be prevented playing in this event. Team captains, please make sure that you don't allow them on your teams, as they aren't permitted to play. You'll be given a list of NNIDs, Discord IDs, etc. affiliated to those players, so please take a look at them, so you'll know who Chilly and Kirito are, as a method of preventing them from trying out and that.
