Buckle up folks, this is gonna be a long one. (i realise that it's not that deep, but I'm writing this anyway)
First off: the food. There are quite a few food stalls in the grand fest venue. For example, we have this ice cream stall: . This probably shows that dairy exists, or has existed, in squid times. If dairy existed, this means they have mammals (impossible). Otherwise, this means they were able to invent dairy substitutes without ever seeing the real thing. (or it's sorbet...)
Next up: pizza. Now, the history of pizza is very interesting. Flatbreads have existed for hundreds of years, but the invention of the modern pizza came in the 18th century, when people in and around Naples began adding tomato to flatbread. The image on the sign appears to be a pizza Margherita, invented in the 19th century (the legend about the queen liking it is disputed). The existence of that stall suggests that either all of that stuff happened, or that Splatoon society found a record of pizza. It also means that Inklings were able to invent vegan cheese from scratch, something we humans have struggled with even while being able to reference actual cheese.
Short bit: they have eggs in food, which (presumably) means they are farming birds.
But wait, there's more! It seems plausible that they would convergent-evolution their way to doner kebabs with no context, but what meat is it? Could be chicken, but would that mean they're selectively breeding chickens for meat?
On to non-food stuff (some of this has some serious implications):
The bands playing on the stages appear to be jellyfish Beatles. This means they've seen the Beatles. How? Did they find an album cover? Do they have a Beatles album, or video of them? What other bands do they know about? How do they know enough about humans to know what hair is when they made those wigs? The splatoon beatles raise many questions.
They also have pyrotechnics, which means that they not only invented gunpowder, but put enough time and research in to make modern smokless powder, instead of the older black powder. Splatoon's weapons all work using pressure-based systems, so why do they have gunpowder? Do they have bullet-firing guns? Are cannons canon?
One last thing: Marina's computer. Yes, yes, Pearlina, but more importantly - which linux distro is that? (Let's be honest, we all know Marina would run linux.) There appears to be a icon bar along the bottom, so it could be elementaryOS, pop!_OS or similar. The actual computer icons seem to be: a grey/white circle, a pink/purple shape, a SquidForce logo (battle stats app?), 3 folders (which implies either a similar paper folders -> computer folders progression, or knowledge of human computer systems), the yellow and blue octopus symbol from splat2, and a game controller (either some kind of side order dev program or a steam/emulator thing).
There's probably more, but I cant think of anything right now so enjoy the wall-o'-text everyone
