Question about Shop Rotation Time.

I was just wondering, does anyone know what time the shops rotate and get new clothes?

I want to know that if I can't get to level 4 before midnight here in PST (digital copy, so get it at 9pm), then I know when new clothes will be in so I can buy some before they change out.

EDIT: Now that the game's out, I can confirm it's at midnight local time. Got clothes from 2 days in the 4 hour play session. :D
