This team is on discord, and I've just made it. It doesn't matter what rank you are, nor does it matter what level you are, as long as you want to learn and get better. If you're curious as to my ranks currently, I am rank S+9 in Splat Zones, S+9 in Tower Control, S+4 in Rainmaker, and A+ in Clam Blitz (I'm not that good in Clam Blitz).
As I recruit new members, we'll be making game plans through voice chat and whatnot. Our mindset will be to always aim for the top, even if we never make it.
