Depends on what your personal play style is, both of them are slayers but they get picks a bit differently. Kpro usually runs like 3 mains and 5 subs Main power up to get 49.9 damage per shot, which allows it to vaporize people who graze enemy ink or take damage from other sources. Splat bomb is a strong tool that allows you to force movement on people and possibly chip them to get them within 2 shot range. Booyah bomb is a good special to help with pushing back the enemy, advancing the objective, or forcing movement. Lately, it hasn't been seeing as much use because despite all the things of note I mentioned, there are other weapons that are equally or more powerful that similarly kill people who take chip damage, but have numerous other benefits that allow them to benefit your team aside from pure killing power. Kensa Rapid is becoming quite common in Japanese comps because it can chip and kill with torpedo and the main but it can also paint and doesn't need to devote 70% of its build to a gimmick that might not even work. Tentatek is more mobile than kpro, paints much better, and is a very consistent slayer. It uses bombs to force movement and just about anything else you can use a splat bomb for. Inkjet isn't considered as strong a special as it once was because many meta weapons (such as Firefin, Ballpoint nouveau, and others) are effective at shutting it down. Most people would call Kensa splattershot the superior variant but in all honesty its because its easier to use. You can make Ttek work, but you'd have to be an inkjet god in order to make effective special pushes.
