Splatoon Manga getting localized to US

Seems the bizzare yet highly enjoyable Splatoon Manga is getting a official English translation. Sorry if a thread has already been posted on this as I could not find anything on it. Anyways, I really enjoyed the fan translations of the first few issues and am looking forward to picking up the ridiculous adventures of Goggle-Kun in full physical form. What do you think, and will you be picking it up?

I read that article you linked, but don't see anywhere that it states the manga is being made in english. Am I missing something obvious in there?

I think your mistaken, but I'm pretty sure this is talking about how the manga is continuing into new Splatoon 2 territory. This is why the preview shows Goggles wearing a new jacket.
