only watched a little but here's my thoughts.
audio quality seems good.
I take it you use an elgato game capture hd? your video has the characteristic pixelation.
definitely up the bitrate, there's a bunch of compression artifacts especially around the game clock. there's no reason to record at low bitrates for youtube, you want the video to be as crisp as possible.
any specific reason you're not recording at 60fps?

I have no idea how to raise the bitrate in the elgato but i will look into that.
this video wasn't at 60fps due to my editing software but it just got updated so now i can. :D
my more recent video are 60fps so thats fixed.
