Well they're 2 star, so high enough for those to appear I believe.
And I don't think there's a real set day, you just hope that when the shops change what they have each day that'll be there. Also I was stupid for just saying jelonzo, he sells the dress/shirt annie the hat, and crusty sean the shoes. so check your stores each day.
