Finally, the grind for scales has been reduced!

I wonder if this only applies to bronze and silver scales. I hope not but I could see the devs deciding to keep golden scales locked behind fighting King Salmonids.
Still a great change though but this really needed to happen over a year ago.

I really hope that Golden Scales can be received from Capsules too. They have three banners that cost a whopping 333 Golden Scales, getting even one of them is already time-consuming as it is.

I'm excited for all these!! feels like it'll be fun and worth it to continue grind Salmon run. Specially with the faster changing gear you can get and new way to get them scales.
Though I'm afraid that they'll put them scales on absurd rarities :/

Yeah, I really hope they don't make the scales absurdly rare, partly because the gear-replacing thing can be very tiresome to get through with needing to constantly mash A.

This is a pretty cool change, I'll probably start playing Salmon Run regularly again because of it. Shame this wasn't the case since launch, but the developers may have done this to keep players interested now that mainstream support seems to be drying up.
