There's no single best loadout for any weapon imo, all depends on playstyle and what strategies you want to use for it. I will say that damage up should be mandatory for the .52 Gal since it's easily made into a 3-shot weapon against defense up.
Damage Up: Using one allows you to two shot anyone with a defence up. You can use more to counter more defence ups, but 2-3 defence ups is rare.
Ink Saver (Main): Ink efficiency is meh on this thing, but this would help you keep in the game, and make running out durring battle less likely.
Ink Saver (Sub): Splat Walls are a great support tool, and this ability allows you to save ink to either throw another or keep firing after throwing a wall.
Ink Recovery Up: Makes squid form even more useful, and allows you to fight more and wait less.
Ink Resist: All around great ability. Shoe exclusive, but helps mobility options greatly.
Stealth Jump: Actually makes super jumping useful, as you can safely jump to the front lines. Best paired with Quick Super Jump.
Quick Respawn: In ranked, you die. A lot. Quick respawn makes it much more manageable to recover.
