Decided to sign up here since I got really interest and hyped for Splatoon after playing it during the Global Testfire (insta pre-order after the first session, no joke).
The competitive potential for the game is what appeals me the most, so I'll mostly read and post about the game's meta.
I do think Splatoon is a gem of game design overall.
That being said, I'm a huge Smash and competitive Smash fan, especially when it comes to Melee. I have an account on Smashboards, not being very active on it though, but I've heard of SquidBoards from there.
20, male, French, passionate gamer, die-hard One Piece reader beyond everything else.
I plan on playing Splatoon competitively with friends.
Inkling Girl > Inkling Boy.
