Hey, we get it. However this website is run by and for the community... and it needs ads in order to keep running.

I hope that there will be options to make the difficulty level of the DLC crazy hard without relying on self-imposed rules. There isn't a lot of challenging single player content in Splatoon, so adding a bunch of difficulty modifiers would be an easy way to add a significant challenge for...

First of all, I would like to say that this website is trash because neither Helvetica nor Comic Sans are font options for writing. What the heck is wrong with you Squidboards?
Section 1: Guide overview
[Intro]
This is the first part to my series of inkbrush guides...
Hitting with the sweetspot might lower the swing count sometimes, I need to test more in the practice range.
I haven't messed with low swing splats for a while, but I think the speed was around 3 to 4 taps per second.
Probably the biggest thing to know about using the nouveau in ranked is you...
Damage up can occasionally lower the amount of shots needed to splat. Bomb range up can be used so you throw a disruptor the same distance that you shoot. Ink recovery is the best ink management ability for the weapon. Other than that, go with personal preference.
I played the inkbrush nouveau a lot in ranked before this weapon came out. This weapon is basically a better version of the inkbrush nouveau. The permabrush is the first inkbrush that is viable in competitive play. Splat bombs are powerful subs that can cover the brush at range. One of the best...
Your new set looks pretty good. Ink saver main seems like a must and damage up can help you get two hit splats if you're spaced right. Swim speed up is great for mobility and it helps the kraken a lot. Special charge up might be a good pick for your last slot so you can get krakens quickly.
The inkbrush is the true meme weapon. The side areas on pit are the best canvases for inkbrushes, and they also come with a lounging area. Definately the best map for a squid party.
The octobrush is an ambush weapon, and therefore it takes on more of a defensive role. It has pretty short range which makes it difficult to aproach any decent squid. The only tool it has to push in is its kraken. The best use of this weapon is to set beakons in nice spots and stop enemies from...
I was hyped for this weapon because of how sick it looked, so I practiced with other blasters until its release. I now love the blaster class as well as brushes.
This weapon has zero skill curve. It's just learning how to use burst bombs to cover some of the blaster's obvious weaknesses, like...
From a competitive standpoint, these weapons are pretty bad. They take way too much effort to do the same job the another weapon can do with ease. The H-3, rapid blaster, and inkbrush are all very quirky weapons, and the unique abilities that they have don't make up for their shortcomings at...
Salutations splooners,
I'm Bleeze, and I'm here for discusions about the competitive meta. Things like weapon and map discussions and team comp. and the likes. I currently don't have a squad/clan. I may consider joining one if I like the people in it.
See you in the forums.
