Competitive teams are just like Skyscrapers.
You build them from the ground and up.
Having a team only accepting top players, is like building a Skyscraper on top of another Skyscraper.
The chances of it crumbling before its finished is much more likely than from the ground and up.
Admitting your mistakes is the first sign that you are learning something.
Next time you make a guide, it will come out a lot better than the previous one you made.

Also i feel this thread is more of a rant than a guide.
Ranting about other peoples problems is not gonna help them improve.
