Echolocator is brilliant, and I'd say it helps getting you into position, since all you need is one accurate shot to kill the opponent. The patch increased range so you can kill them from further. Personally, Swim Speed is good for getting in position or quick sideways / jumping movements that...

I've been testing out Comeback, Ninja Squid, and Super Jump mains. Like three damage subs and some filler in swim speed, special savors, etc. etc. Comeback gives you mobility, ninja offers stealth, and Super Jump capitalizes on Beacon positions. It's not too shabby, but I'm new at using brushes...

Disruptor + Bubbler is going to be more consistent than Seeker + Echolocator simply because the ladder kit helps the Tri-Slosher's problems moreso than the other kit.

That said, Jumping has its uses with this weapon: jumping lets you hit over walls (and 2HKO), and it allows you to close the distance between you and charges (like Splatterscope) and potentially avoid a lethal hit.
