apparently one of the notes for stingray is mistranslated, if you use stingray in spawn the bubble will now push you out of the spawn barrier
Also the 10% damage reduction is.... unfortunately not...
mmr is "Match Making Rating", so mmr of other people just means the rating that person is given. it's a specific number that the game uses to match you up with people of a similar rating

so here's the thing about the octo brush, it's a decent weapon but only in a very specific situation. it's not OP by any means but it is certainly one of the strongest cqc weapons in the game, so with that fact most people will instantly jump at the conclusion that there is simply no way to beat...
Having stage gimmicks in some of these stages or just having a creative design isnt a horrible thing to have, it adds diversity in some sense. But i feel the issue boils down to how fair is the layout of the mode for each map? And this is a question that has too many answers to start off with...
I was talking to people about this change and it basically sums up a few points:
-Pit RM is one of the only maps that has such a massive distance between the spawn and the goal podium meaning you only really need to get it past the 40-50 mark in order to essentially gain an easy knockout...
While they did say "the first paid dlc" you gotta be careful with how you read something like that with the context provided.
In two situations they could either mean:
1. Octo Expansion is the first ever paid DLC for the main game
or
2. it's the first paid dlc, which people assume is vauge...
