It's pretty sad that you can't choose either SplatZones or Tower Control when you want to. Personally I really enjoy tower control (even if it gets pretty chaotic). I feel like not being able to choose which game modes effects people that use rollers the most. It seems like rollers do not offer...
There's also a huge install base for CoD. After so many releases and many more options to play it on. Of course it's going to have more sales. Comparably, for a new IP on a system that hardly has 10 Million units sold as of now Splatoon has done amazingly well.

I was thinking the same thing after the first "update" happened. I was like "What?! There's new content here and I didn't even need to download anything?". I personally really don't mind as it releases content we've yet to see. After all what's the point to go through downloading all this stuff...
