Saltspray Rig

At the start of a Turf War you can set a sprinkler down and it will splat the base as you zip off to unclaimed turf. It also fills your special faster!

After ten seconds it will be fully covered, by that time you will be on the other side of the map!
And after ten seconds you can throw an another sprinkler to recall it from the Spawn point.

Another option is to toss it right to the small portion on the bottom of the map to claim it immediately and you don't need a Bomb throw up ability to reach it!

Also, it covers most it before you even get over there!

Place a Sprinkler on one of the moving elevators for a double whammy two story linkage.

With the Sprinkler here it covers a good bit of the entrance to the lower half of the map and the entrance between the balloon barriers.

At the coveted back back part of the map there is a swiveling grate that swings back and forth, simply place a Sprinkler underneath it and watch your special gauge fill fast!

And for bonus points if fills a large part of the area, and if your opponents leave the area then it just keeps inking.

Blackbelly Skatepark

At the start of a match you can throw your sprinkler onto the cone to the right with the kraken logo.

After 10 seconds this whole cone is covered in the ink.

This a fairly good spot to keep rollers out for a second, and since it is high it makes people stand and shoot upwards and they cannot see you coming.

Arowana Mall

Here is a good way to keep people out of your base and provide very good support with minimal effort. this spot in particular is good for filling your special gauge faster, granted your team does not take most of the area anyway.

Port Mackerel

It is always a good idea to cover your base.

Here is some different areas for the Sprinkler to be placed either in the opening by your base or the enemy's.

Port Mackerel is not a good stage for the Inkbrush since the Brush needs room for the swing to spread the ink.

I think I left the sprinkler on?

Another option is to take their routes away.

It also, covers a pretty good area!

All of the mirrors are a kind of over powering...

Welp, this is doesn't seen fair...

So umm... yeah...

*Backs away slowly*

The mirrors also dive great support to those who are constantly ambushed by rollers, it keeps them out or distracted!

"NEW" Walleye Warehouse

These next few pictures were provided by Daboss

"Place it below or on the sides. You can use it on the enemy side for some easy coverage.

Directly above the spawn." - Daboss

"Useful for spawn camping I guess. If your team knows about it, they could ignore painting the entire front part of the spawn, though it is probably much faster to start inking from the start.

On the crates to the side." - Daboss

"These ones are more for being nearly impossible to destroy outside of a splat bomb or killing the sprinkler user. Or a poorly placed ink strike lol.

And now for the grand daddy of all sprinkler placements. Located in the middle of the map." - Daboss

Well we think the Sprinkler is OP on this map...

Remember kiddies you have to help your team so they can rush ahead, because you got this...mmmky

There are two bushes that can be utilized to take the lower-left corner and the top-right corner.

Right on front of the Spawn is a good choke point. and this is what is look likes from above.

Bluefin Depot

Right from the start of the match you can walk a dew steps and throw one straight down the middle.

Or if your team is to fast for you, your can rush ahead to grab this unclaimed turf.

This map in particular, asides from Ranked it has many open areas that the sprinkler can be placed for support

There is another option on the adjacent side, imagine having more than one Brusher on your team, throw two of them down then charge ahead to push the enemy back.

As for ranked it all case by case but a good option would be underneath the train tracks, it can distract them and rollers have a hard time getting this one, and when they are looking straight up, swipe them till they burst

Thank you for these, the first Walleye Warehouse spot really helps in Splat Zones. There are a lot of places you can put sprinklers so thanks for helping to find the most effective ones.

Here we see a young inkling placing a sprinkler in the middle asininity to cover the large area.

One level down there is another area that can be overtaken by a sprinkler on top of the power-box

If you team is just too good for you then you can use this hybrid spot to get every last corner (Picture by Bur)

You can be sneaky by placing a sprinkler on the side wall of the enemy's half of the center zone

or if just want to get max linkage then just place in slab dab in the middle of the whole map

For a more technical location there is a large girder separating the third switch-back than can cover part of the middle island and a part of the switch-back

Here is an aerial view (Both photos by MuteBard)
