I call it "The Spy" because with the echolocator, you can actually take notice of where your opponents are and you can then spy on them. I know the name is kind of stupid, but that's all I can think of.

i think the hydra is actually called the hydrant in a few languages. its modeled after one supposedly although I think it looks more like a combination of things (water can type extinguisher, fire hose, manifold valves)

fun fact: the rainmaker is actually the symbol on fire hydrant covers in nagoya:) its a creature called shachihoko and its a tigers head on a carps body and supposedly brings forth monsoons
