Does anyone else have this problem?

sometimes when im playing it just feels like i can’t focus, I really don’t know how to explain it, but it feels like I can only see one part of the screen

I definitely get that sometimes. When that happens I usually just try to stop playing or switch weapons.

it usually happens for me if im tired or nervous, even about something outside the game. sometimes i spend a lot of time shooting and moving in the lobby just to feel better about my mechanics so that i can focus on the actual game. if i still can’t focus, at that point i take a break or drink

Yep if it happens and doesn't resolve by the end of the game I just take a break and play a different less demanding game
It normally happens to me when I forget to eat
