This guide is based on this video, with some minor placement changes.
This is just for easy access for myself and others!
LOW PRIORITY
SCRAPPER
Pretty easy to avoid, just lead to the basket and you should be all set!
FLIPPER-FLOPPER
Same as Scrapper, just make sure to lure it and ink the circle below it and shoot it down!
MAWS
Maws is a little harder, as you need enough ink to bomb it, but if you clear up the basket area before luring it you should be good! Again, just make sure to lure it.
SLAMMIN' LID
Different than the other Low Priority bosses, Slammin' Lid just spams a lot of lessers. It's just really convenient to splat it, but try to do so after you use it to splat some other bosses! Then, all you have to do is climb on top and splat!
MEDIUM PRIORITY
STEEL HEAD
Steel Head's can take out many people at once, and I personally see them ignored a LOT. Try to take them out quickly.
DRIZZLER
Drizzler is often ignored, in the same way that Ink Storm is in other game modes. This is especially devastating in Salmon Run as it adds the challenge of limited mobility. Shooting down the torpedos is a great way to counter it.
STEEL EEL
Steel Eels can corner you easily, especially when lots of lessers or bosses are around. Helping out fellow players when they're being followed or circling so that you can get it's end helps keep more people alive and for longer. Can become MUCH more of a priority on high tide. You can also Reefslide through the whole thing.
FISH STICK
Fish Sticks ink lots of turf, and fast. Taking these out will save you your mobility, especially since it tends to spawn next to baskets.
HIGH PRIORITY
STINGER
Stinger's always target the player FARTHEST from it, and moving out of it's way can be difficult without putting other players in the way of the sting ray. Splatting these quickly is important to the safety of your crewmates.
BIG SHOT
Big Shot's become VERY dangerous when the basket area is overwhelmed, especially if there's more than one. Going down to the shore can be inconvenient, but it is VERY worth it to prevent a wipeout. Having at least one other teammate with you while you go down to the shore is ideal so that someone can focus on the lessers while someone can focus on the boss.
FLYFISH
Splat these ASAP! They can wipe your crew very easily especially if more than one spawn. If you have one to spare, Killer Wail can take these down very quickly. If you have an Explosher, you can aim at the baskets like you do a Splat Bomb to take them down without having to worry as much about ink.
