It’s an automatic loss for me if I go on a 1v1 against this thing, it charges too fast for me. Any way to counter it?

I am 13 (so not a lot of groups I can join), I am rank X at all modes except Clam Blitz, I don't want to join tournaments, and I'm not very social. I'm having a hard time finding a group that is meets at least those requirements... Got anything that fits them? (Sorry for being very specific..)

Hello! Another new person here! I have been looking in to tips on how to stay in X rank and stop from deranking and a lot of guides have been on Squidboards. I recently created a new account (but never used it until now...) and wanted to use Squidboards often. What can I expect from this community?
