This was brought up in another thread, so not my idea, but there should be bots that take over for you when you go AFK. Not ones that affect your ranking or anything, but just so the other people on the team don't have to suffer...

Has anyone seen this commercial on TV? First time I saw it I was shocked that it wasn't a Splatoon advertisement.

They might add voice chat in the August update- the one where you supposedly can make your own teams of 4- so that you can only talk to the team you made. They definitely want to minimize the likelihood of a bad shooter community, but I'm sure Nintendo knows that the competitive scene sort of...
