i'm cool with separate region stuff (it has lead to some cool themes in the past like the ninja turtles tournament) but the themes should be equally cool or else the players who know about both will feel like they're missing out
the weekend theme is one of the weakest we've ever had
Dualie Squelchers should have received the 28 -> 30 damage buff instead of nzap. They made a consistent weapon even more consistent while DS stays with Splattershot Pro in the "MPU is gone but I'm still nerfed" corner :(
TC is already just slow rainmaker, but IMO the difference between the modes on Undertow is that more of the team's resources have to go towards attacking or defending the middle slice of the map, as opposed to just the far sides. You also don't have the option to gun it to the right side on TC...
Here's my hat in the ring! Like you said, TC and RM are really hard to pick for...

To add onto this: the reason they separated Ranked Battle into "Anarchy Battle" and "X Battle" is so that people who want to just play the Anarchy modes don't have to play with the pressure of losing X Power, and also so that anyone who just wants to play casually doesn't have to queue with...
instead of desaturating the screen they could limit visibility by giving the victim foggy vision like in salmon run? which would turn it into a near-sighted blindness effect instead of destroying all colour perception
I've been using the same sensitivity the whole time Splatoon 3's been out (+2.5 motion +5 sticks) and after reading this I'm probably gonna give some different values a try. Thanks!
