I knew these were here, and when I brought it up someone said something about mlg being trash. I think it would be cool to try it out. I don't see how this would bring any attention to the splatoon community, however, since mlg only promotes games that will earn them money and will maintain a...
Ok, that makes sense. I only said changing the meta because that is what you would have had to type in order to change my mind about limiting the amount of snipers you can have on moray towers.
1.Care to explain their tactics/ sniper spots? It would be interesting if there was a place a 3k could camp that could overcome the hindrance of the vertical ramps. You know, since shooting at random heads popping up shooting on the overlook and high ramp won't get you any kills at all. And...
If you guys are truly aiming for the top there are two things I would change:
1. Make mic a requirement.
2. Don't use Skype. There are wonderful non buggy alternatives out there like teamspeak, discord, mumble, etc.
Good luck!

If two snipers are on the other team that means a lower chance of pushing the objective and being able to stall after for them. In neutral they could annihilate everyone. But in advantage and disadvantage states they are a liability. This applies more to rainmaker and tower control than splat...
If there was not a patch coming on monday, I would be all for limiting splash walls. That sub weapon is so abusable, and it guarantees you will win any 1v1 confrontation given a full tank of ink. You can also get out of some incredibly tough situations by throwing it against the wall and hiding...
The concept of a splash wall was OP to begin with. Why the developers added it in I dunno. I find it weird that they were redesigning the trail of the tower so that you couldn't bounce splash walls off the wall onto the tower. Luna blaster being nerfed is ***n justice.
Back in the days before the august patch, it was motion controls that brought me into the A ranks. But if you plan on only playing splatoon casually, then I would suggest staying to sticks. Because once you get used to motion controls, getting into other shooters is a pain in the a$$.
