I am looking for:
A Captain: Div 9 minimum; MUST BE 21+ and the willingness to improve + familiarity with game tactics, including but not limited to: VOD analysis, team composition, meta analysis, familiarity of game mechanics and the ability to teach them.
1-2 other members: Div 10 minimum, MUST BE 21+ and the willingness to improve. One can be support/backline (chargers, splatlings, stringers, Tacticooler weapons. vPencil/Zap-85 preferred.) The other would idealy be a frontline, high paint weapon.
Recommended traits (not required but I'll be more impressed if you have these!): 25+ Div 8+ X Power 2300+ 1+ year of competitive experience In the NYC/TriState area
