On Alolan Raichu: That was my second thought. My first thought was that Baton Pass/U-Turn/Volt Switch could be amazing for Surfer Dude Raichu on teams. Here's hoping Tapu Koko can learn one of those (preferably Volt Switch). That's a good point about priority moves tho. Definitely a worrisome...
