I think so, although for possibly different reasons. In the Transformers splatfest, for example, I think Decepticons had a color advantage because it was easier to see the autobot's red standing out from the purple, making Decepticons more conscious of what to ink over, and places to avoid...

We're expected to get the last few updates by the end of this month. Since release, this game is one of my top recommended games and expect splatfest to continue.
