I would of been nice to have some more weapon reskins and some other reward besides the old music in Squid Beats... Maybe we'll get the option for playing the old music during gameplay at some point? Like if you take an amiibo to the music player you can scan it and add tracks to the music...

I think what they've done with Splatoon 2 so far has been pretty good. It certainly feels a lot more balanced then the first game, and any balance issues I'm sure will be buffed out fairly soon. I was a pretty big fan of Splatoon 1, but I couldn't get into it competitively... This time around...

"Furry" refers to humanoid characters with animal characteristics or real people with an overt interest in such. Some people consider themselves furries for liking characters with minor animal characteristics, some don't. Calling an Inkling a furry isn't exactly wrong either.

Stingray isn't that bad. Definitely a lower end one but hardly unusable. The specials in general are kinda... Eh. Some do little more than refill your ink and cover a minuscule amount of ground if used improperly, some make you a defenseless target, and others just limit your options. ...Uh...

No Squiffer at launch SUCKS. But I guess that means I'll get to learn how to use an actual sniping weapon lol. Wait... The hero weapons aren't on here. I guess nobody's unlocked them yet? There's some otherwise unreleased weapons on there, so I'm curious how that's handled.

Scanning the original 3 on the gear screen tells you that you need to set it up first, (and naturally you can't because it's the demo) and scanning something totally different tells you it's incompatible. Just wondering if they have the set saving feature or not.

Yep. You can get them for 10-15$ at GameStop too if you're going to buy one. Not trying to sound like a sellout but it's a pretty good controller. It should work on anything that takes a generic USB controller, and as long as you don't need analog sticks it's compatible with any Switch game...

Do you have a Pokken controller by any chance, @Squirty ? I'm curious how it stacks up, and if it would shed any light on where this latency is coming from.
