They could also add RNG to the bubble path to make it less accurate, but I wouldn't couple that with other nerfs.

I was thinking of slowing movement speed to about the same as a splatling/minigun. After all, it looks like a ceramic bathtub. Also, I'd reduce the fire rate (not burst rate) to allow for a better chance to get out of the way after the 1st and 2nd shots hit.
