I used to play as an E-liter 3K a bit so this would probably help. I find it the most inconvenient to play as scopes (for some strange reason). You become bits and bits more vulnerable, and it may give some extra range, but it's not worth it.

Now that I think about it more, I have no idea. I had a bunch of positive things to say about it, then realized we were talking about sub, not main.
