    New Recon Viability?

    What do you guys think about the new recon ability? It allows for more tactical jumps to and from base and makes Inkstrike more useful...but is it worth taking over Cold-Blooded or others?

    Rounding Stats Confusion

    I am currently using the Splatoon Calculator app and am trying to figure out if the stats round up or down. For example, if swim speed is 104.71% is that rounded to 105%? Or is nothing even rounded? Thanks
