AI would be extremely hard to make is Splatoon (Not counting the octolings) as there are so many variables (Inked areas , enemy team weapons composition , route to take etc) whichan Octoling-Like AI wouldn't work well as the AI doesn't have to deal with many different weapons .

Its funny when you make someone jump into the abyss/water. Its happened a few times on Arowana and Moray. On Moray it was RM and I jumped down to splat the Rainmaker but they splatted me - then jumped off the map. I did my job.

They do attempt it. But fail - watch closely. They try to float - ya know 'stranded in the ocean floating tactics'

You shouldn't be holding the rainmaker because of the weapons swim and run speed drop (20%) and then with the rainmaker (1 Main I believe)you just evolved into a snail. Riding the tower with chargers is for some but not for others. Riding the tower as a charger is best when your not travelling...

E-litres work well on TC but there is no real superior way of using chargers on TC. Rainmaker you just need to focus on popping the Rainmaker's shield and splatting the Rainmaker. If you can't do that at the time focus on what chargers usually do.

A map that favours short range and high fire rates , so the best chargers would be Splatterscopes and anything below that range Not sure what it would be though

Exactly , as a E-litre Scope main all I care about is ridding of the other sniper , THEN I can do something. And usually their a Jpn (because S rank)player who are really good with sniper weapons) . you will see a sudden drop in my KDR if there is an enemy sniper
