Of course I've played Splat Zones, why would I talk about it otherwise ? The N-Zap has the coverage abilities of the Aerosprays and more range to boot, so there's no discussion about the usefulness of the two weapons. While the sub and specials are more up to preference, I still think Splat...

Inkstrike is ridiculously overrated and only covers a small point of the map which can be quickly recovered in your own ink, Echolocator does a much better job at making your opponents panic, since they can't just hide. Also, Inkzooka is a joke, you'd think it'd cover more distance than that...

You can join a friend's lobby, and if you're 8 people and get lucky enough you can all play together, with the teams being shuffled every time. Actual friends vs friends battles aren't happening until August.

And then Splat Zones happened, where the Aerospray is no longer relevant because the point of this mode is keeping your distances with the opponent. Also, the N-Zap '85 does everything the Aerospray could do, but much better.

You don't know true freshness until you cosplay a Captain N character.

I couldn't give a good number for it. Unless you mean the time it takes to empty the tank, in which case I guess I could do that.

Your ink tank shines for a split second as well when your sub is available.

The Dual Squelcher fires faster, but as a counter, does less damage (28 instead of 31) and has less range (4.8 instead of 5.5).

The Dojo is fun for a little while. Obviously it's not the main focus of the game, but having a few games with a friend is always neat.

The map on the gamepad is imperative, if you don't want to be a burden for your team. And with it too far away from you, no way to quickjump.

I did some research about that yesterday, 1 Defence Up reduces damage by ~5.2%, 2 reduce by ~9.7%, and 3 reduce by ~13.3%.
